Dear Friends,
2025 was a year of growth, learning, and opportunities as we expanded
our services. We want to THANK YOU for your support in our programming!
Your continued involvement enables our work, enhances the mission, and
leads us to sustainability. To all of you who have joined us at our monthly
events such as the Justice-Impacted Collaborative or Poetry Night,
volunteered, shared us as a resource, or donated, we are deeply grateful.
The data we share in this report reflects our efforts, however it is vital that
we remember that the graphs and numbers represent people who are a
part of our community. This record of our work serves as a display of
hundreds of one-on-one evidence-based interactions that empower
people who have been incarcerated.
We hope you will continue to support our mission to strengthen the
fabric of our community by disrupting the cycle of incarceration. We need
one another. This work is greater that any one person or agency. Please
consider a contribution, be it with your time, or finances. Be a part of
making us sustainable. Reducing stigma and addressing recidivism
makes our region a healthier place to live.
Much respect,
Emily Westerholm
Executive Director
